The hotel is in a fantastic location near the center. I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The rooms were clean and bigger than i expected (a pleasant surprise).
The hotel didn't provide a minibar or fridge in the room. This was something i missed, as it would have been useful for keeping drinks cold. A safe would have also been beneficial for storing important documents.

the location were excellent. the room was excellent and the breakfast area was perfect. staff were friendly and took care of my group. the location is near main square and main railway station. plenty amenities are near by
the tap to fill the bath didn't worked. i just used the shower. the shower had great pressure and was lovely.

The room smelled strongly of old smoke. I was told the hotel was full, so nothing could be done. I found this VERY disappointing.

i totally liked the location! it's super close to everything. the main square is like, five minutes away. the staff booked my taxi back to the airport, that's so kind. the room was always clean. i loved the bed, so comfortable and the room was a good size. i was really happy with my stay.
the air conditioning dont work at all, i never thought i had to check that a hotel have a safe!

the hotel's location is great because it is just on the edge of stare miesto, this is so convenient. tram and bus stops are just a minute's walk away. the main square is a quick three minute walk away.
